I could start off writing about my qualification, but it is necessary to understand how, why, and when it happened. I found my inspiration growing up in Egypt - Country of the Pyramids. I was fascinated with the symmetric and asymmetric presentation of monuments, and buildings in my country. One of the many structures that opened my inclination to the world of art and design was the library of Alexandria, Bibliotheca. Gazing at its minute detailing, inspired me to be an Architect.
I pursued my bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from the American University in Cairo. During my bachelors, after a hectic assignment I would find my nirvana by watching all the Marvel movies and playing video games. I also love working on challenges and bringing my imagination to reality. So, I figured why stop there. I transitioned myself from intermediate to advance in Adobe’s photoshop and illustrator skills. With an understanding that design is essential for its functionality as well as overall presentation. Graphic design was ultimately my next era to jump in, specifically branding, logo package designing. With a keen eye for detail and understanding human centered design, my objective is to provide innovative & unique designs to my clients.
Eventually, after gaining some experience I moved to Toronto. Here, I pursued 3D Modeling and Visual Effects Production to enhance my 3D Modeling and texturing skills. This gave me the change to visualize not just structure and interiors, but characters, assets and environments, with softwares like 3Ds Max, Revit, AutoCad, Lumion, Substance painter, Z brush, Houdini.
Today I am an Architect, 3D Modeler and a Graphic Designer, who can work widely in architecture, industrial and product design, modeling for games and movies, to branding, package and logo designing.
